These 10 Foods Will Help You Deal With Stress

Everyday stress in the hospital or clinic can burn out nurses. Stress, added with tension, can make any nurse go wild and gaga.

Enough rest may not be sufficient to relax a nurse who had a rough shift duty.  These foods listed below can help calm your mind and relieve your stress somehow.

 

Oats. Oats help lower cholesterol level and enhance the seratonin level required by our body. Thus making us have a peaceful day.

Bananas. They are low in fiber, which will help reduce the risk of gas, making our day stress-free and calm.

Pasta and whole grain bread. Did you know that deficiency in magnesium increases our stress level? And pasta, as we know, are made from whole grain which is rich in magnesium.

 

Broccoli. This green veggie will help you attain the required amount of potassium because low level of it will cause tiredness and stress.
